Shipping and Handling
Since we are just one small brick-and-mortar shop, every item listed on our website is on-hand in the store. Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Exceptions will be local orders coordinated for drop-off or pick up service, or delays due to invalid shipping addresses.
If you plan to choose an expedited delivery method, please be aware that we do not ship items out on Sundays or Mondays. It is best to contact the store if you need your item within a certain time frame by calling 614-297-8200.
We try to reuse shipping materials when possible to cut down on waste and provide reasonable shipping and handling prices. This means your order may arrive in a previously-used box with another brand's markings, or packing material made from shredded paper. Please note that all packing peanuts have been reused, and we ask our customers to consider saving them or offering them to friends to reuse again.
Curbside and Local Delivery Options
"Curbside pick up" and "Local delivery" are now both free options we are offering through December 24th, 2020. Our free local delivery range is within 5 miles of our shop. These options will be available to choose once you've started the check out process.
If you choose free local delivery, your order will be delivered within 5 business days and we will contact you to let you know when to expect the delivery. You will receive an email as soon as we drop it off to ensure a contactless delivery!
If you choose curbside pick up, you may stop by the shop during business hours to pick up your order at your earliest convenience. You will receive an email and/or phone call as soon as your order is ready! Our business hours change seasonally and can be viewed by Googling the phrase "Happy Go Lucky Columbus" and looking at our business listing. Our hours are always up-to-date.
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3 days, first check your "Junk" or "Spam" email folder, then call us during business hours at 614-297-8200.
Notice to International Customers:
You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are still accepted at this time within 14 days after you receive your order. You will be responsible for return postage. We highly recommend shipping your return with a tracking number. If we do not receive your return, we will not refund or exchange your items.
If you intend to initiate an exchange, please contact the store immediately during business hours at 614-297-1100 so we can place a hold on requested items. We have very limited stock. Return shipping costs are assumed by the customer. All returned items are disinfected and isolated for 4 days.
Your credit card information and personal information is safe. Protecting your information is our highest priority. All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology.
